Guidelines for Parents:
- Every Student should carry school diary to school on all working days.
- Parents are requested to check the diary each day regarding home task and other information (if any) given by the school authorities.
- All Communication shall be addressed to the Principal. Whenever you correspond in school about your child kindly quote her/his full name, Grade and Section.
- Parents are requested to attend PTM and discuss the performance of their child.
School Dues:
- First Installment 1st to 10th April
- Second Installment 1st to 10th July
- Third Installment 1st to 10th Oct
- Fourth Installment 1st to 10th Jan
School Rules / Discipline:
- Entry to school premises before 7:15 am is not permitted. Late arrival will be allowed only 2 times in a month
- Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in exams
- Students must come to school wearing neatly washed uniform and polished shoes. Hair must be trimmed and nails cut regularly. Girls with long hair must wear a braid. Skirts must be worn up to the knees.
- Students are not allowed to use school phones without permission.
- Respecting school property and school belongings is compulsory
- In case of collective damage to school property in the class, the damage will be compensated by the entire class. A cautious approach towards cleanliness of the surroundings must be maintained. All waste papers must be picked up and thrown in the dustbin.
- Students are not allowed to leave the class without the class pass and the teacher's permission. While walking in the corridor between classes and while using the stairs, everyone must keep to the left. Students must walk in such a way that no child is disturbed
- The student must always speak in a civilized language. He must ensure that his conversation is polite and courteous.
- Every student is required to carry the school identity card on each school day.
- Students are expected to bring books as per the timetable.
- Any communication sent in the school almanac must be acknowledged by the parent/guardian
- While giving the examination, every student must give the examination with utmost honesty
- Students must show proper courtesy and respect to all members of the staff. A sense of respect for elders and affection for juniors must be well inculcated. Every child is expected to uphold the name and honour of the school..
- Cheering and clapping are permitted at appropriate times on the playground.
- Students must report any incidents of bullying and ragging to teachers immediately. Irregular attendance, unreasonable or unexplained absences, habitual late coming, leaving school premises without permission, disobedience and any unruly and objectionable behaviour are punishable by the school administration.
- Writing, scratching, drawing graffiti, painting and sprinkling ink or defacing school walls, furniture and property will be treated as indiscipline.
- Sticking of any kind of stickers and posters on school property is not allowed.
- Using indecent and unparliamentary language will attract disciplinary action.
- Neglecting homework, disobedience and disrespect towards staff members or bad moral influence will attract disciplinary action from the school administration.
- Using unfair means during examination will attract disciplinary action.
- Making noise, talking in a loud voice, shouting, mocking, abusing, whistling, making fun, abusing at any time will attract disciplinary action from the school administration.
- Participating in any kind of bullying and ragging incident will attract strict action from the school.
- Staying in restricted areas, grounds, empty classrooms, secluded areas, behind buildings (when class is going on and without permission) will attract disciplinary action against you.
- Collecting money, contributions and donations without the written permission of the Principal is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking or use of intoxicants is strictly prohibited in and around the campus.
Punctuality and regular attendance is compulsory. Students who have been absent on the previous day must bring an explanation on the 'Non-Attendance Record' page of the almanac. In case of illness, a medical certificate must also be sent. Students who expect to reach home late from school due to personal reasons must inform their parents/guardians in advance.
IMPORTANT: No parent or student shall post misleading facts/opinions about the school, any teacher or student on any blog website, social media channel. If they are of derogatory nature or are considered so by the Internal Review Committee, it will be treated as a serious breach of the Code of Conduct.
Parent Teacher Meeting
- Class wise parent teacher meeting are conducted from time to time to provide and enable a detailed and comprehensive discussion between parents and teachers of a particular class.
- It is mandatory for all parents to attend the Parent Teacher Meetings. In case of a genuine reason where the parent cannot attend, written intimation should be provided.
Student’s Diary
School provides the student’s diary to each student in which the yearly plan of all activities along with other relevant information is given in complete detail. It is expected that all students and parents read the diary thoroughly.
School Uniform
- Students should report to the school in proper school uniform on all occasions.
- All students are required to wear school uniform as per specifications.
- No student is allowed to attend school without proper school uniform.
